Behind the BOC
Daimien Patterson has spent years building businesses, leading teams and dealing with everything that comes with being the person at the top.
The wins are great. The rest? Hiring the wrong person. Growth getting messy. Systems that worked until they suddenly didn't. Decisions nobody else can make for you. And the constant expectation that, because you're the business owner, you should somehow already know the answer.
He realised pretty quickly that some of the best business advice doesn't come from another book, course or Google search. It comes from another business owner who's already been there.
That's the thinking behind the BOC. A place where business owners can get around people who understand what they're building, talk openly about what's working (and what absolutely isn't), learn from each other's experience and get a different perspective when they're too close to the problem themselves.
So, he built the room.
