About the BOC
The BOC, The Business Owners Collective, is a community built for business owners who want better people around them.
It brings business owners together through events, practical learning, shared experience and an ongoing member community, so you have somewhere to take the challenges, opportunities and big decisions that come with building a business.
In short? You don't have to figure everything out alone.
The BOC is designed for business owners at every stage of the journey, from those who have just taken the leap to established owners building their next phase of growth.
You might be:

- An established business owner looking to scale, diversify or tackle what's next.

You don't need to have it all figured out. You don't need to be running a multi-million-dirham company either.

Yes. The BOC membership is specifically intended for business owners.
As part of the application process, we'll ask for proof of business ownership or registration, such as a valid trade licence.
If you are in the beginning stages of your business and have yet to have formal documentation, send us a business plan or summary of your business.
Events
Absolutely. Just don't be that person that makes every conversation a sales pitch.
The BOC is built to create genuine relationships between business owners. We want members to talk about what they do, share opportunities, make introductions and, yes, do business together when it happens naturally.
What we don't want is excessive networking, unsolicited pitching, mass messaging members after an event, or treating the room like a ready-made sales database.

We are a relationship first community. The business opportunities follow after that.
Some of the best business conversations require a little trust.
Where a speaker, mentor or fellow member identifies information as confidential, members agree not to repeat, publish or use that information outside The BOC.
The same principle applies to BOC member-only materials, resources and platform content.
Brief photos of presentation slides for your own reference are generally welcome unless the speaker asks otherwise. You will have access to course content afterwards, so take a break from your device for now.
Audio or video recording of presentations, panels or speaker sessions isn't permitted without prior written approval from both The BOC and the presenter.
We want people to learn from the room while protecting the ideas and intellectual property shared within it.
Travel and accommodation are not included in your BOC membership and are the responsibility of each member. Where an event involves travel or an overnight stay, we'll provide the relevant event and accommodation information in advance so you can make your arrangements.
For the BOC Holiday, travel, accommodation and other associated costs are paid separately by attendees.
Membership
Early Bird pricing applies to your first year of membership only. At renewal, your membership will move to the current Standard Membership rate, unless The BOC has agreed another loyalty or discounted rate with you in writing.
Yes.
Membership renews for another 12-month period unless you give The BOC at least 30 days' notice before the end of your current term that you don't wish to renew.
BOC membership belongs to the individual approved Member and can't simply be transferred or shared.
However, members may share relevant BOC materials with their own staff where necessary to implement ideas within their business, subject to BOC's confidentiality and intellectual-property requirements.
Not currently.
The BOC currently offers Standard Membership for individual business owners.
Businesses interested in broader involvement with The BOC can explore Partnership and Sponsorship opportunities, which are separate from membership.
