Find the boring stuff
Pick something your team does every week. Meeting notes, reports, follow-up emails, data entry or first drafts. Start there.
Give it a number
If the job normally takes three hours, write that down. Run it with AI for a month and measure the difference.
Fix the process first
Automating a rubbish process just gives you rubbish faster. Once something works, document the prompt, steps and checks your team should use.
